Must have for post work out

A friend at the gym was using this one day before she even drove home. I asked her about it and she had to go get the kids and get dinner so it was going to be a while before she could shower and apply. I have severe fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis in my back, this lotion works great. I am going to try a higher dose for deeper pain. The smell is amazing. The texture is great not to thick or to thin.
