I don't know about the makeup removal mentioned in other reviews but I use this after working on my car and it gets the nastiest gunk off my hands! Pretty sure I could dip my hands in a bucket of grease, roll them around in brake dust topped off with a coating of various hydraulic fluids and this soap will "exfoliate" the crap out of it!

Love this bar!!!
This is my go to bar in the morning. It removes any of the make up or the face cream I put on at night by gently exfoliating. My face has never looked healthier! I use it every morning.
