Not a lot of aches and pains to test it on but my girlfriend says it works really well and fast on her shoulder tension aches she gers from standing at work for long periods. I use it on my ankle when it acts up from an old sprain injury and it does in fact work better than the OTC roll ons I've tried. May upgrade to the 20,000 MG lotion next time I order.

I went on a girls trip recently and everyone brings a little something to contribute to the basket so everyone has a good travel basket. We were staying in the woods so it was perfect for those pains from those that don't hike and the ones that just needed a little pain relief.

I have been using the 5000mg on my hands and wrists for carpal tunnel but I don't like keeping a big bottle on my desk at work because everyone wants to use it. I picked up this purse/travel size at a vendor fair in Lexington over the weekend. I love it. I can use it in church, work or a restaurant and not have to worry about everyone wanting to use it.
